Independent Practice & After-Hours Access

The WWAMI Institute for Simulation in Healthcare (WISH) provides 24/7 access for individuals engaged in training and practice sessions outside regular office hours (Monday–Friday, 8 AM–5 PM). Prior to gaining after-hours access, individuals must complete the form below and review and agree to the established expectations for use.
