In-Person

1-Day Training Engagement

High-level introduction of key TeamSTEPPS principles, terminology, and tools for end-user needs and application. Ideally suited for first-time learners and/or groups needing just a quick refresher.

2-Day Training Engagement

Focused approach to TeamSTEPPS principles, terminology, and tools in addition to implementation, planning, facilitation, and leading change within your organization. Ideally suited for those with a basic understanding of TeamSTEPPS terminology, and/or those participating in implementation, instruction, or mentorship of TeamSTEPPS.

3-Day Training Engagement (Consecutive)

The most flexible in-person option for TeamSTEPPS instruction. Allowing for customized breakdown of content to best suit your team’s individualized needs (e.g., 2, 4-hour introductory sessions, 1, 2-Day In-depth course, etc.). Ideally suited for organizations wanting to provide a mix of overview/review and in-depth action planning for team members with a diverse level of exposure/experience.

Hybrid

Hybrid Engagement - Virtual Content and In-person Sessions 

We understand the challenge in finding the time to train personnel. This training option combines the flexibility of a customized schedule of asynchronous, synchronous, and in-person opportunities for application and practice of TeamSTEPPS principles, terminology, and tools.

Virtual Engagement

In addition to the challenge of finding time to train your personnel, limitations on room availability/size and schedule variability can create additional obstacles and potential delays in your TeamSTEPPS implementation. To address this, we offer a fully virtual, modular approach to training as an alternative to in-person sessions. These modules can be customized to accommodate the needs of both novice and advanced learners through a combination of synchronous and asynchronous offerings.
