Training Infection Prevention through Simulation (TIPS)
ABOUT
TIPS is a train-the-trainer course to help IPs, nurse educators, and IPC educators learn how to integrate experiential learning, such as simulation, into the courses they teach. Utilizing principles around adult learning, change management, course development and facilitation, participants will come way from the course with enhanced knowledge about effective IPC educational training and be able to tailor it for their own hospitals and clinics. This work is being conducted by the University of Washington with funding from CDC/Project Firstline.
