Perilymphatic nodules; mid- and upper lung distribution
Additional Findings
Multiple nodules, differing sizes. Nodules cluster/coalesce. Nodules along fissures and pleural surface. Nodularity along central bronchovascular bundles.
Sarcoidosis, berylliosis, silicosis, coal-workers pneumoconiosis (and lymphangitic spread of carcinoma, however in this case, this one would be unlikely because of the distribution and lack of septal thickening in the lower lungs)
