Differential diagnosis of perilymphatic nodules includes sarcoidosis, berylliosis, coal-workers pneumoconiosis, (lymphangitic spread of carcinoma – this less likely in this case, due to distribution and lack of septal thickening) Additional findings: early coalescence of upper lung nodules – pre- conglomerate masses
